I don’t know why so low stars this place have.I went there it was very short waiting time.The information desk was helpful and smiling.The lady who helped me was nice and direct to the point.The place is 5 minutes walking from metro station Kobylisy (Red line).Actually it was good experience even I was worried about it.

On Monday they're only open to 13.00. I suggested an edit but didn't add a photo, I'm already on my way home, dissapointed.

Their homepage specifically states that since their Prague 3 office is shut down permanently, I needed to go to this Troja branch. I went there only to be told to go to Visočanska branch instead. The waiting was not long, and the staff was polite (no English, but she managed to convey the message).

Maybe I was lucky, but I had a very nice experience. Waiting time was less than a minute. The lady spoke decent English and she fixed my issue, which was actually kinda’ complex.

Honestly, I was a bit afraid of the visit because of negative comments, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Waiting time approximately 5 minutes, the officer was fast & polite.Good experience!

I have no idea what went wrong with the rating of this place but it doesn't reflect the real situation.-Short waiting time-Nice people-Everything was sorted out quickly.

Even with my horrible czech language they always helped me and explained unclear moments.Waiting time is often quiet long, so it should be considered when you plan to visit the place.
