Grand Hotel Hradec, Pec pod Sněžkou

Best hotel ever, seriously. Clean, staff is super friendly, great view, location. Couldn't notice breakfast - fresh, tasty, with many options for everyone.

In terms of design and style the hotel is fantastic, clearly a lot of careful thought has been put in to every detail. The rooms are amazing, clean, large with smart TVs and views of the forest. Upon arrival the staff were very welcoming but we were disappointed to hear the spa is charged after 5pm and we arrived at 530pm for just one night. However Lenka at the front desk was kind enough to speak with the spa staff and allow us in so we could enjoy one of the main reason we booked the hotel. So many thanks to her, her service and manner was impeccable.The restaurant is a great setting, great service and prices are ok for the area and level. The food was good but perhaps could he improved a little, if we are nitpicking. Breakfast is excellent, one of the best buffet style we've enjoyed. Upon check out the service at the front desk with a trainee was not as welcoming as the first day, but didnt spoil the visit.

Beautiful hotel at lovely location with very (dog) friendly stuff. The wellness was amazing! It was worth to pay extra for it.Breakfast offers big variety. Only the cakes and eggs could be little better.We had great time and would come again.

The hotel is excellent. We had a very pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious, modern, and nicely furnished and offer a great view of the mountain. The spa area, which is not included in the room price, us great, too. In addition, the breakfast was excellent as well and the staff was very friendly and skilled.

This is just amazing place. Newly built hotel with really great and simple interior. Food is superb a and based on local ingredients. Service is always helpful and top quality. Fun fact, if you don't like default pillows you can choose another one from Pillows menu" at reception desk. Pillows will.be delivered to your room at no additional price."

I am in love with this hotel and the location! Around the mountains, clean and very beautiful. The hotel is located in the center. The hotel is very beautiful, clean. The staff speaks English which is a huge plus. The room has everything you need. We also visited the spa - this is another nice and very cool bonus! The restaurant is perfect, there are very tasty and not expensive at all. I definitely recommend this hotel to visit, we already want to return there again. 10/10

Very decent, great breakfasts, however the restaurant could have more vegetarian options than just 1 dish (yes, I get it's Meat & Meet but still). Hairdryers are very inconvenient to use due to how they are chained to the base.

Thoughtful customer journey and experience the moment you arrived at their doorstop up until you check out! Service was top notch, rooms were well renovated and a lot of attention to the slightest detail on smart architecture. Please do enjoy a meal at their restaurant as their head chef has an extensive portfolio and their food does not disappoint (and their private wellness!)
