A lot to improve in customer service, not friendly personnel, quality products and diversity in brands and models, what I acually love abour the place is that I can touch the products before buying.

Bad decision.A cable on their site was at price 274 czk,while in the store they wanted 570 czk.

Nice clean shop. I was lucky with service. Minus one star because almost 95% of goods that I order can't be delivered here.

So called electronic shop. They are that much customer friendly that changing the conditions of lifetime warranty after selling the product. They lost at least one customer today and I'm sure they will loose more with this attitude.

Here's how Datart works, I was looking for good rechargable batteries and charger for Xbox controllers, so I went to Datard in Vaňkovka (Brno). Their employee suggested Panasonic batteries with capacity of 2700 mAh, said they were the best. He also suggested Panasonic charger to go with them.When I unpacked the charger and the batteries, in the charger manual it was written that it can't charge higher than 2000 mAh. I checked the box, and on the box it was not written anywhere about the charging capacity.So I went back to the store to ask to replace the charger for some model that can charge 2700 mAh batteries or Xbox One Play & Charge Kit, and while the staff was really nice and polite, the manager was not. He was completely unhelpful. Even though guy I talked to showed him what it was written in the manual, that the charger can not charge batteries over 2000 mAh, and that it was not written on the box, he refused to replace it because the packaging was open. Well how else would I find out it doesn't work?! Then I asked if they will replace batteries instead, for some batteries of 2000 mAh capacity, and he refused that as well because package for batteries was also open.Ti sum it up, the batteries and charger were recommended by their employee, I asked for recommendation because I haven't used rechargable batteries before. Recommendation I got from the store was wrong, and they weren't willing to fix that. So now I know never to buy in Datart again.

My experience is from many years (2008 to be specific) ago in this shop, I bought Fujistu Siemens notebook for 22000 czk, I am foreigner and hence was not able to speak Czech at all at that time, there was issue with notebook and the staff person forced me to speak in Czech, and told me that I should be able to speak Czech, their wrong recommendation costed me 50 EUR extra in repairs, it took long time to get notebook back from repair. I hope they have nicer people now, but after that bad experience, I never walked back in that store. I respect the language and culture of country, and have learned to speak some Czech in this time, but there are definitely many shops in Brno where they speak excellent English and have friendly service.

Bought new phone from here, store also has english speaking assistance. Nice experience.

I bought months ago bluetooth earphones. They wee not paring to the mobile, I came to the shop, after trying 5 times it worked. I said I wanted to bring them back because I was not sure if one day thy won't work again. They said that while they were working that it was not possible. After 2 months, they did not work at all, they did not even turned on. Never again in Datart.

Like this shop. Usually choose something from their website and go there to pick it up.

Me and my wife got couple of things from there. Quality is good however service is absolutely terrible. We've spend like 20000 czk ,paid and then for about 5-10 min no one brought the goods we paid for. They don't even offer you a bag . Everyone looks grumpy and if you talk to a shop assistant they always push you to buy to most expensive thing. I had to repeat 3 times I don't want what he is offering. Go to Electroworld instead. Much better place.
