Veľký výber kvalitného hokejového vybavenia. Vysoká odborná spôsobilosť personálu. V predajni používajú moderný 3D skener chodidiel a vysokorychlostnu kameru na analýzu streľby, na základe čoho sme vybrali brusle presne na mieru a správnu hokejku. Po hodine poradenstva, diskutovania a skúšania sme odišli s takmer kompletnou výbavou pre syna. Spokojnosť 100%. Odporúčame ....

Hledali jsme nové brusle na zimu a na stránkách Baeur měli super slevu na black friday tak jsme si zajeli do obchodu v Holešovicích je zkusit. Nikdy jsem nezažil lepší servis než tam, hodinu jsem se rozhodoval nad bruslemi a celou dobu mi pomáhali, zavazovali a dávali užitečné rady prodavači. Byli moc milí a nakonec jsem si koupil výborné brusle. Byli velmi laskaví a hned je nabrousili. Moc doporučuju jejich obchod. Výborné produkty a super servis.We were looking for new skates for the winter and on the baeur website they had a great discount of 40% on Black Friday, so we went to the store in Holešovice to try them on. I have never experienced better service than there, I spent an hour deciding on a skate and the whole time the staff helped me, obliged me and gave me useful advice. She was very nice and I ended up buying some great skates. They were very kind and sharpened them right away. I highly recommend their store. Excellent products and great service.

At the time of purchase, I did not imagine that it would be really unbearable to leave them on the leg for more than 10 minutes, excruciating pain.I returned to the store two days later (on Monday at noon, since the store is closed on Sunday), and I asked to return the skates (in brand new condition, they were not used at all), the salespeople at the store refused to hear it at all and the only thing they offered me after I was in the store for over an hour was to exchange For any other model (it's the same company, which really didn't help me, because I took the widest model in advance). In any case, it should be noted that the seller really went to the trouble and tried to help me, he brought me a wide number of models in different sizes, and was quite patient, and despite all this, as expected, no other model suited me.Both my English and the seller's English are not good, he was quite patient in this regard.A sorry experience, I got stuck with very expensive skates that don't fit me, I can't purchase other skates (I also can't take two pairs with me in my suitcase to my country, and I don't have extra money for that either), so I'll have to try to sell them myself.Points out that I found (significantly) wider skates in other stores in the area that fit me, but I am unable to purchase them at the moment.The seller in the store (the younger one) seemed quite helpless and unable to help me, the older seller didn't treat me at all, but he seemed to run the store there (I could be wrong, but that's the impression I got).Again, I strongly recommend looking for another store that sells a wide variety of companies and trying several different companies, especially for those looking for special and wider sizes. Excellent service (in English!) from the staff. We were buying kids' equipment and everything was smooth from foot scanning to advising on skates.

Staff is friendly and helpful, and the shop is modern and spacious.However, it is disappointing in three respects. Firstly, I tried get my size (9EE) in three Bauer Supreme models - which they did not have.Secondly, the new models (3S?) are available on the e-shop, but they are NOT in the shop. How does that make any sense?Finally, Bauer has a 3D scanner, but it costs 500KC to get a scan. I understand that you want to deter free-loaders, but this strategy is self-defeating.Surely scanning customers` feet is part of the sales funnel to selling more Bauer skates.tl:dr, disappointing experience.
