Panorama Hotel Prague

Great wellness, but there was quiet cold water in the swimming pool, was supposed to be 28, I guess it could be max 25 degrees. Hotel is very old school, but we liked wellness, especially jacuzzi and sauna. But when its get busy with kids, it Loses this romantic atmosphere and beautiful views on Prague.

A few years back I used to be a very frequent visitor here, now I was back again, due to business purposes. The place is almost the same, the room I got was in good shape and the view on the city was really gorgeus. Not a top notch 5 star hotel but I like it, and always had a great experience with the friendly and supportive staff.

Our stay at Panorama was a very pleasant experience. The rooms very well maintained and the staffs were very courteous.The hotel is located at the heart of the city with very good metro and tram connections. Most of the tourist attractions are at a convenient distance from here. One of the highly recommended stay!

Clean rooms, kinda old fashioned but ok. The bed was nice and comfy. The cleaning lady was very nice and kind. The hotel is at around 5min away from the metro station.Recommended!

Location:This hotel is located in the commercial area and there is a shopping mall behind this within a walking distance of 2 minutes. The hotel is well located with a high story building and with plenty rooms and parking space. Parking is not free and it is expensive.About hotel interiors:This 4 star hotel is well decorated with excellent interiors and amazing ambience. The highlight of the interior is the long sculpture placed at the centre of the hotel which graces the interiors. At the ground floor you can visit souvenir shop and a cafe. The first floor is dedicated entirely to dine in with plenty of tables to occupy all the guests.Rooms:Ours was a group booking for 50 persons. Each room was having may be queen size beds*2 separately. The room was clean and well maintained. But according to me Bathrooms were little bit small and conjusted to use.Complimentary breakfast:Breakfast menu was continental. With breads, meats which includes eggs, bacon, beef etc., croissants, cake and omelette was served in demand. Salads, yogurts, oat meal, corn flakes were there. In short it was as usual like all other hotels. They have got ample of space for the breakfast and guests can enjoy the food with good ambience and surrounding view.Staff:Staff were good but according to me some of the reception staff would be required more training to understand the customer needs. I enquired them about the availability of the charging adapter but she was unable to understand the requirement. She was not able to speak English properly.( dint remember her name).Amenities:This hotel provides the amenities like swimming pool , spas and a gym at the top floor. Swimming pool is temperature controlled and it’s filled with warm water during cold weather. Gym equipment’s are also good.Overall it’s a best hotel in Prague.

Neat and clean rooms, luxurious hotel with good ambience. The location is in city centre. The train station is just 10-15 mins away from the hotel.The only thing we found off was the waiting time for the lifts. It seemed that the footfall was really high and we waited for almost 20 minutes to catch the lift to the reception from our floor. Apparently, two lifts were opening at our floor which were jam packed already. Eventually we had to take the staircase and missed the complementary breakfast.

Located right in the heart of Prague 4 business district , this tall building is easy to locate near to Central Park.Location is the big advantage- pankrac metro. Arcady pankrac is just a few min walk from the hotel , almost in the same compound.I stayed here as part of my business visit close to 2 months and had amazing experience. Perks are there for long stay guests. They have amazing breaks buffets( not to miss) and restaurant Mezzo serves great food. They have a Tea room and a 24hours bar cum cafe. It is 4 star hotel and value for money. Staffs are extremely well behaved and helpful. Room having great skyline views. Overall perfect for business or family vacation

I first chose the Panorama because it was very convenient to the location where I had business. I return there regularly now because:I love the decor. It was completed about 40 years ago and although clearly recently renovated, you can see that many of the original features were retained - obviously very high quality materials. My favourites are the lift and the melamine (I think) desk protectors.Staff are wonderful - polite and professional.Food is great.Prices are reasonable for a good quality hotel.I have not even had the chance yet to visit the wellness centre or gym, but plan on doing so on my next trip.
