5 stars are not enough to describe the attention I have received from Namche shop, it has been the best customer service experience I have received in a long time, I have requested one more product to be added to my shipment after my order has been done, which they have kindly processed, I would also like to highlight the fact that they have given me support in English with an excellent disposition, when I let them know that I am just starting my Czech language course, they have been very kind, even wishing me a pleasant stay In the Czech Republic, shipping has also been excellent.Many thanks to everyone involved in the process.regardsGloria

Good equipment for rent. However the rental process and agreement is flawed. If you turn in equipment early you will not get a refund for the days that you paid for. The reason for this is because “policy says that another customer would not have been able to use since you rented it for that period,” or at least this was what I was told. I have rented from Alpsport and Hudy, neither have this policy if you need your equipment for flexible dates and slightly lower prices.
