Quickly came, quickly sorted problem, kind staff.

I called Global Assistance for a breakdown, the company they send lifted the car onto the truck using an unsutible method and the car rolled off the truck, without control, into a poll on the pavement. If someone was behind the car they could have been crushed. The repair was poor quality and carried out without signed authorisation by myself.When I tried to get help and assistance with recovering a still damaged car, the very rude customer agent, Ferynů, was unwilling to assist and I was left to recover the car to my preferred service centre by myself on a cold day in the rain; he talks down to customers like something stepped on in the street.Edit: Global Assistance have no intention of correcting their mistake, instead I'm faced with accusations that the wheels were damaged before the accident (see photo and the clear impact with the curb and mark where it hit), and that the bolt that failed due to incorrect use was rusty.'Quality and Control' couldn't even spell my name correctly when replying. The photos show the accident, the cracked bumper *after* repair, dents in the ground down wheel which Global Assistance claim the insurance company refused to repair, and the 'repaired' tow hook (now missing thread) which up until this point had never been used and was always in it's box.

Great service , Great comunication , excellent expierience , I can only highly recommend . Our car was just on the way for apoitment at the mechanic garage to be checked and reapaired ( 5km form the garage the car stoped and was not able to drive any long anymore ) since the car stoped we call the Global Asistance. Problem was the Spanish side we had to wait allmost 180min . It was not problem of the Czek side ( as our car has Czek plates) but on Spanish side to let us wait allmost 180min ( this was not so Great but the on-line operator did maximum and this what we do appriciated. Generaly I can Global asisnatce only recommend .

Very fast arrangement, costumer servis very attentive and kind. Well the driver of tow truck the exact opposite, had nasty actitud and try to make us feel guilty for make him work at 10 - 11pm.

Car did not start. We called. They sent someone in 30 min approx and they charged the battery and started the car. So one hour later solved. It cost 1000 czk on sunday morning. Happy with both callcenter operator and mechanic. Thanks

From the time I was make a call. After 20 minutes the mechanic was there. Really fast he change the tire and he was smiley and polite. Very good communication with him and the telephone center. I'm surprised...

Unfortunately, very bad experience when my car stopped at the payment center in Italy few kilometers away from French borders.Even, i had a good insurance contract, none of italian nor french towing companies accepted to tow the car from Italy to France (Under my allowed and contractual 100 kms)

We had an exident in Sardinia, unfortunatelly we had to find our own assitence locally as the global assitence didn’t find anyone to take the car from the middle of highway even after more than one hour… but the comunication was quite ok, just not working on the site of Italian partner!
