If I'd wanted to travel by bus, I would have bought a bus ticket, not a train ticket. Don't advertise services you don't offer.

Yesterday my mother, my girlfriend and I drove with their bus at 10.20from Pec pod Snezkou to Prague cerny most. There are several issues thatwe want to complain about.Firstly, there was no toilet on the bus during this trip, which tookover 3.5 hours.Second, the driver was not ready to take a break for the toilet. This isan imposition on health on such a long journey. There were children andold people in the bus.Third, the driver has a passenger who had left the bus in Horice vPodkrkonosi briefly, although this was arranged with the driver, leaveat the stop. This passenger also had his luggage in the bus.In my view, this behavior of the bus driver and thus the service oftheir company is a catastrophic achievement.

this company charges you for the full price and drop you in midway...they always have some excuses ...a complete fraud..

I have been traveling almost everyday via bus from Teplice to Prague and vice versa. It’s been a year and the company has proven itself reliable in terms of taking me to Prague everyday. It was only once when bus was not available and we had to take the next one and i had to workout the refund process, but unfortunately i had to find out after calling customer service. One thing is the company never adjusts the time based on real arrival time, so first time bookers beaware! If your planning trips in combination with other transportation means. If bus is supposed to arrive 9:14, it never arrives at this time. Always add 15-30 minutes to it. Second of all, the arriva.cz reservation system is probably the worst, most time consuming system i have ever used. Sometimes it has bugs and it’s not possible to book a seat and the only way is to book through idos.cz. I have once reported a bug to technical support and they just denied that there is a bug. I sent evidence that i cant book a seat using screenshots from several devices but they never got back to me. The impression is that it’s a company that does bare minimum to run its operation and you cant expect much improvement. You just hope that things stay as is for as long as possible. But it takes me to where i need and takes me back hence 3 stars.

Autobus opožděn na nástupní stanici o 30 minut. Celkové zpoždění 46 min. Super cesta za všechny peníze. Příště raději České dráhy. Tam alespoň vím, že mám Času dost a kolikrát tam funguje i WC.
