Stayed overnight for a gig at the KY arena, very well positioned hotel out of the town centre, near a mall and food court. welcoming staff, very large and well appointed room, showers etc ultra modern and clean. Minibar was actually affordable at around one - two pounds sterling for drinks, first time ever lol. Restaurant dinner excellent, breakfast was a choice of everything from fruit, through hams and cheeses, hot buffet, coffee and dainish. Plenty of on site parking, sauna and spa, room service menu, free wifi etc etc. can heartily recommend it for long or short affordable stays.

Everything was great APART from the background music constantly on in the corridors (night included) - make sure not to book a room with a speaker directly outside your door. It has honestly spoiled my stay.

Just spent a wonderful night enjoying tranquil and elegant atmosphere here.People at the reception desk were all so kind and willing to tell and help.Whole room was extremely clean and tidy.Bathroom was shining and fragrant.Breakfast was included and the decoration of the restaurant astonished me a lot.If not driving, people can take bus No.1 to commute between hotel and center of city.

We just had dinner here.Very well presented food .Menu small but what they cook is excellent.Great service and good selection of wines and spirits.Great price also. 3 course meal with drinks around €50.

Looking at the hotel from the street, you would not easily guess the style of its interior design, but knowing it is a site of a former industrial building from early 20th century might help. Quite a few unique things not least of which is corridor windows overlooking a carpet store.

This was the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in! They were so welcoming and friendly. The decor is very elaborate and beautiful. The free breakfast was large with a great variety. Everything was clean and service was exceptional. They speak English, if applicable. They said to call or email and book directly with them to save 10% on whatever booking price we saw! I almost want to drive the 6 hrs just for this hotel. Also, we have two small children, and they brought up extra blankets and pillows upon request for no additional charge.

Breakfasts are very basic. The location is convenient for transit travelers. The air conditioning is very quiet but efficient. For us it turned out to be the best place to stay in Karlovy Vary.
