A large and imposing church with beautiful baroque architectureThe church is a large one, but is almost lost from view in the winding streets of the Old Town. Near to sites like the Golden Tiger and the Bethlehem Chapel, St Giles’ Church is worth seeing if you are in the area. The interior is one of pure baroque splendour and it is a peaceful place where one can rest and contemplate. Despite being in the heart of the old town, it is less visited than many other attractions.

This is a very old church that seems to have been swallowed up by the advance of the city, the outer walls still maintain some inkling of what this might have been in the 14th century but the interior is all in 18th century baroque style and similar to many other churches across the former Holy Roman Empire after the Counter-Reformation took hold.Great to visit because it's a lesson of history and art and off the trodden tourist path so you can enjoy it to the fullest

Found this church entirely by accident but like seemingly most churches around prague it took your breath away with the grandeur of the place

Maybe its not the most distinctive church in Prague from the exterior, but I invite you to enter it. One of the most intricately decorated church interiors, with a beautiful Baroque style, it didn't cease to amaze me.I strongly recommend attending one of the sublime concerts they host, the atmosphere elevates the musical experience so high.

Attended some concerts, excellent athmosphere, artists are investing soul in their music. The lead singer is playing without following the notes. Great organ!

If you approach this church, it doesn't look like much. The inside, however, is a work of art. Definitely worth checking out if you are passing by.
