Having been an infrequent but loyal customer over the years, I regret to say the business has gone down a bit.*PunctualityOur therapists arrived 5+ minutes late and finished before the hour is over. We may have just been unlucky and maybe we could have made it clear we wanted a full hour we booked them for at the outset, but it'd have been awkward and customers shouldn't have to do that.*Quality of therapistsThe quality of massage and attitudes to work can vary depending on the masseuse. I was quite happy with mine; she individualised her techniques to suit me. On the other hand, my partner felt the other masseuse was disengaged, constantly speaking to her partner in Thai, which we both find borderline rude. I'd expect therapeutic service providers to keep private conversations to a minimum especially when the customers presumably don't understand their language.*Complimentary serviceThey used to serve free tea after treatment... not anymore.*Non-therapeutic staffAfter all our feedback the staff at reception didn't offer any remedial actions. She appeared to be just doing what she's told."Suggestions for the business owner:1. Language: Facilitate some basic Czech/English language training2. Quality control: Have masseuses introduce themselves at the beginning or simply wear a name badge

Great massages with a very comfortable setting

My favorite Thai Massage place in Brno. Nice atmosphere, reasonable prices, native Thai ladies who also speak English. Wide variety of massages, from the harsh traditional Thai to soft relaxing and aromatic ones.
