Large selection of DIY tools and materials. Some of the staff seem to think extremely highly of themselves as if they worked for Rolls-Royce rather than an ordinary humble DIY store. Embarrassing :-/

A do it yourself and garden store with a pretty wide selection in clouding some aquariums and aquarium fish. They also serve the professional business and rent equipment that most do it yourself enthusiasts will not use often enough to own.There also is a pretty decent pastry shop connected to the store who during summer sells ice cream as well. So even kids can find reasons to go here.

Customer service extremely poor and not English friendly. Visit with a czech speaker. However, a very well stocked store with every possible item for the home and garden projects. Spoilt by poor customer service. Shame.

Easy and starightforward.The self service checkouts are best for non fluent Czechs, and the staff were helpful albeit a bit slow.Café available on the exit.Parking was no problem.

Arrogant employees and overpriced.Other chains are significantly cheaper and you don't have to deal with arogance and bad service. Returning goods it's another level of pain.

Update- Store is stocked and nicely organized but good luck to you if you ask for assistance. They act like you are encroaching on their private property. Employees standing around chatting but don't ask for help.First review:The help is awful. No one wants to actually help you. I had to display the exact item from their own website and it said Building Materials" . The guy hardly would listen to me and kept saying "Garden! Garden!". After I explicitly asked another employee to type in the code of the item into her computer she said no stores have it. Then told me to go across the country to Ostrava. Thanks Hornbach."
