Absolutly amazing and extraordinary experience. Very soft bed in centre of view on Prague Castle, Mánes gallery and National Theatre. Spacefull bathroom, extra big bath tube for 2.

Amazing place to stay in Prague. Not only you get to stay in one of the most emblematic buildings of the city, but the service is amazing. They offer a welcome drink and access to the rooftop terrace. The breakfast is amazing and has a wide variety of options. The rooms are large, they offer all comodities, you also get a coffee machine and tea and fruit in the room.It definetively deserves the 4 stars it has, way more than other 4 stars-rated hotels in the city. You are close to the old town center and Vltava river, with unparalleled views towards Prague Castle and the other side of the river. Would highly reccomend.

Friendly receptionist. Room is big, has view to the river. Little noisy due to facing to the street but seems to be sound proof to the other rooms. Breakfast was ok food concerned but noce view to the river.Our rooms electricity was not working. They immediately called for help. The hotel hasa cooperation with a parking house two blocks away.

Currently staying at the hotel and while its a landmark and our guest suite is unique with beautiful views, the hotel itself is a little dumpy. Not well maintaimed and dirty. In order to see the views from the 7th floor you must buy a drink even if you are a guest at the hotel, they give you one free beverage ticket to go up when checking in but we didn't notice the offer until our last day. We went up one day after dinner and were turned away unless we would make a purchase. We told the staff member we were guests of the hotel and she said it didn't matter however she never mentioned we should have had a free beverage pass when we checked in so that went to waste and went unused. It also left a bad taste with us. The hotel definitely needs a little TLC, especially on the way up to that terrace." While our 'Ginger' room is cool

A sightseeing location with excellent accommodation, river facing rooms have great views of the river and the castle (in the distance). Very little noise, which was good, through the modern glazing. Staff friendly and helpful in our experience. Ideal location with easy walking distance access to many of the cities fantastic sights.

An absolutely perfect experience! Wonderful team of workers and customer focused service! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating that I've felt like VIP in here!Also they give out bonuses like free welcome drinks and terrace access to the best view in the city!Also of course not to say how iconic the architecture is!

It was our first time in Prague and this tourist attraction cum hotel appealed us. It had a great view (if you're facing the waters) and the room was spacious and clean. It was also convenient to get to places. There's a bus stop just nearby the hotel which can bring you to the main subway station or tourist attractions. It's also a great location to take a walk by the waters.It has a simple hotel reception but we had a great time there!

I dunno if they turn on their warming machines?Fairly basic typical selection of cheese and ham fruit bread.Honestly unremarkable.....Room was fine. TV kept turning off like had a timer? No idea. Sewerage smell in bathroom overnight.had to flush to clear it.Ice bar on roof isn't part of hotel. Very small. Great views if that's your thing. Restaurant was busy and relatively expensive for Prague. Chose not to eat there but it looked good.Come to take the photo from the outside, but stay? I'm sure there are much better options.

The reception, hotel lobby facilities and cleanliness are quite average considering the prices of this hotel.
