Always good service, reasonable price, and in English when dealing with the doctors themselves. They have taken good care of my elder dog during my 3 years posted to Prague.

I found all the staff at this vets just wonderful. Everyone is lovely and friendly and very professional. I found the prices cheaper than what we would pay back in the UK which was great.

Great clinic, English speaking staff so great for expats. They support petexpert insurance which is a plus. Open on weekends and have emergency. Couldn't ask for more.

Our pets have been taken care of here for over 16 years. They saved our dog's life at least once.

Unfortunately their services are not in sync with their prices at all.My pet had to be brought there and even when it is a 5 minute - visit, they ask for a lot of money.When i arranged the sterilization with them, they told me a price around 1500 czk, it was 2100, plus the antibiotics.In case you are looking for a vet clinic, look further. I know it should have been a warning that they do not put their prices on their website & it is not available in English. Once you change the menu you cannot even look at the tabs.I could start a savings account just for these visits and the money would still not be enough, yet my pet is still not completely healthy..

Over all amazing experience!- Friendly and professional staff- really take their time in answering all your questions- excellent service- very direct and to the point- no added costs or unnecessary procedures like some vets like to do- perfect English- Dr. Mráz is very experienced and knowledgeableMy husky is almost 12 years old, we have been to vets in Canada, Germany and Poland and I must say I’m very impressed with my overall experience at Anděl.

It was easy to get an appointment, both the vet and the receptionist spoke English and I was very satisfied with the care my pet got there.
