Reception is old fashioned and the ladies were arrogant. They told me they were at full capacity and wouldn't take my motorcycle, and wouldn't tell me when was a better time to come back. I drove to STK Brno on Videnska and the very pleasant ladies at a modern reception helped me immediately and my motorcycle was checked within 20 minutes.

The inspection normaly takes 30 min, but it took 2 times more to have all tasks done. It seems there were priority slots for some VIP clients, which were not listed in the normal order list. It was my last visit here. There is no reason to spend so much time just waiting in the line. There are different STK's which do not need reservation and they are able to do inspection without priority seats. Good luck while you are waiting to be served.

Expected time was 70 minutes, it took 60 minutes. Just sitting in the waiting room, no need to handle the car. Well, somebody next to me complaint they were waiting too long. But it was not my case. I was satisfied.

A very busy place. Going there without online or phone booking is almost a waste of time. The online system is good, but may be a bit confusing for the first time. The staff is fine, fair and prompt. Prices are fair and about average in this field and considering the location. It's the only place in the north part of the city.

the lady at the reception was not polite, and not able to create an appointment, kept on saying thqt they are completely booked
