Mám velmi pozitivní zkušenost s nákupem ojetého vozu u společnosti LeasePlan ve Vestci. Celý proces prodeje byl rychlý a jednoduchý od prvního kontaktu až do předání vozu. Na vůz jsem celkem spěchal - prodejce mi vyšel maximálně vstříc.David Bielický, prodejce, který se mě od prvního kontaktu ujal, má skvělý prozákaznický a ochotný přístup. Chtěl bych ocenit jeho příjemný a profesionální přístup. I díky tomu jsem měl od začátku pocit, že jsem vybral správný vůz. Vůz, který jsem si koupil, odpovídal popisu a p.Bielicky nic neskrýval, jednal fér. Celkově velmi pozitivní zkušenost s koupí ojetého vozu u LeasePlan-u. Určitě bych zvažoval další nákup u této společnosti.

Seamless experience of chosing and buying a new car. I'm so glad I've found this place. It sets high quality right from the web app. Very detailed high quality photos. My brother claimed car photos were corrected in the photo editor. But all the cars I've seen was in the exceptional condition like on the photo, moreover with all the car history available. The car center is very bright and clean, so do cars - very well cleaned and prepared for the customer to buy. The number of cars available is well enough to choose from. Customer landing and support gave me ability not to look to any other place.

I found a used car here to buy and I recommend it to everyone interested in buying a used car. I worked with David Bielicky, who was kind enough to speak English with me and from start to finish. He showed lots of knowledge and patience with all my requests and questions and was he happy to receive the mechanic who I hired to inspect the car I was interested in. When it came to buying the car, he made the whole process very clear and understandable and helped every step of the way.As for the cars themselves, they are in conditions that are accurate to their inspection documents, so no hidden surprises. I found the range of vehicles available to be excellent and the photos and information on each one to be detailed and accurate. The place itself looks great, clean, and very professional.

First, I was very happy and I do like the way they do business. They showed us the car, went through it all. Told us that if we find something wrong we can come back, etc... All was fine, then two weeks later. It was hot and we tried the Air conditioning and it did not work (never tried before purchase). They picked up the car, fixed it (so they say) and when we tried, same problem , not fixed. they did this twice, .. it is blowing hot air on half of the car! hot! I do not need to be a mechanic to know this.. They said that they will call us back and fix, but now they just disappeared. Not very nice. Now we are stuck and we will have to go to the dealership and get it fixed and pay more. They did not honor their commitment. Still trying to get them to do what they promised before purchase.Update: we have to be fair. After a few more calls to sales, service made an appointment for us at the dealership. The car was fixed at no expense to us. In the end they did everything that they promised, what a shame that we had to complain so much to get the result. In the end all is well.

Hodnotím po delší době od koupi vozu.Pan Bielický hrál velikou roli při koupi vozu,se stavem vozidla jednal na rovinu,se vším mě seznámil, takovýhle přístup jsem v životě nezažil, celý tým Leaseplan je na vysoké úrovni,s takovýmto přístupem k zákazníkům, určitě patří mezi top prodejce automobilů.Děkuji panu Bielickému za jeho přátelský,ochotný,vstřícný přístup.Díky!

Skvely prodejni servis, předtím jsem byl mrknout v Autopalace Sporilov a vubec se neda srovnavnat se zakaznickym pristupem kvalitou vozidel v LeasePlan. Radi se vratime pro další auto..
