2023.05Highly recommend RegioJet train from Vienna to Prague. We were in first class coach, who offers sufficient space. Very friendly staff and great services. The best part is food menu, which offers complimentary coffee, and a great selection of food and drinks at amazing prices (such as a piece of cake at 0.40 Euro, which would cost at least 5 euro in a resultant in Prague). My favourites are the poppy seed cake and chocolate cake.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with a Rejiojet bus driver who displayed rude behavior. Upon arriving at the bus station in Prague on May 30th, 2023 at 6 am, after taking the bus from Budapest at 10:50 pm, I approached the driver to inquire if we had reached Prague Station. In a disrespectful manner, he simply responded with I don't know."Seriously

Instead ordered relax on one-sitter, i need to travel on astra class on 2-sit, next to stinky gipsy.Astra is whorst kind of travel class, looks as low cost airplane deck, so tiny space, overcrowded.Tech-failure happends, but its better to inform passengers, than give them lowest class and offer 50% off.In my case i will cancell a trip.A/C not working as half travel time.Very very dirty toilets, old, disgusting.Very bad odor in all wagon, bad air circullation.Nice teamleader and good coffe are not enough.Last time, not any more:/.Waste of money....Trip back injust reorder leo exp.

The most awful travel experience. They forget that they give service for people, not for animals. No heating in train, people are freezing and shaking all trip. Sits are super dirty. Train was late for 3 hours. There was no my sit number in train and they told to sit where I want, but then other people came, and she should think where to sit, because steward doesn't care at all about it.

Completely unacceptable. 5 hours travel from Vienna to Prague in August with dangerous heat, without air condition and without open windows or air climate. Dangerous for heat deseases and Covid. The friendly personnel was giving us bottles of water free of charge butit was not enough. Avoid this company.

Trip from Prague to Vienna. The train ticket is half price compared to Ceske Drahy and also is a lot nicer. Bottle of water and coffees included in the price. Other drinks and food are super cheap and the service is pretty good.

It was OK and comfortable.If you are travelling with a large case in Business (bearing in mind business class was cheap), there is no storage.WIFI was useless, my device kept disconnecting. Power socket was also intermittent.Seat was comfortable

Canceling trips and changing places you reserved in advance on the grounds that the air conditioner didn't work ;) Dirty and outdated trains! Rude and unprofessional staff, I made a complaint three times and after a week they still didn't bother to get back to me.

We took RegioJet from Kosice to Praga, overnight.1. Air conditioning was completely unpredictable. We set it on cold and it alternated between hot and cold all throughout the night, making it extremely uncomfortable.2. As a result of the poor ventilation there was a foul smell in the train cabin. A mixture of sweat and dirt.3. The bathroom was extremely dirty, with pee and toilet paper all over the place.4. The purchase process online was really confusing. We thought we were buying a cabin where we could sleep and ended up sitting, with 4 other people. As somebody who works on technology, I think that something in the website purchase flow must have been very confusing for this error to have happened.

I'd say tou get what you pay for if they were cheap. Abysmal customer service, they'll change your reserved seats ar random, even if you book seats in the carriage reserved for parents with small kids. Have fun with that stroller!
