I was a bit disappointed by this place. There are no places to sit inside, you can only take your tea away. Then at the time when I was ordering, the shop had cups size L only, no M, so I didn't have an option to choose size of my drink. As the last thing, I went for black tea with milk with 0 sugar just to find out that the drink is sweet anyway. I suspect that the place is adding sugar to milk by default, or that the place is using sweetened milk for its milk tea drinks. As I don't like sweet drinks, I almost didn't touch mine.I don't disregard the place, but there is surely some space for improvement or maybe at least clarification of what to expect by which choice.

Awesome bubble tea here. You can add what you want in drink and how much, order system is quick, but you need to wait around 10 minutes in around lunch time. Price is around of 100 czech crowns, which is 4€ per drink.

Staff does not know and the menu does not list what is the difference between all the different milk teas. Very concerning as we are just ordering blind with no way to know what flavor you will get. I guess it's a surprise (something we look forward to when ordering food..). The differences I believe are just a different type of syrup addition to the milk tea. Boba (tapioca) was good. Milk tea had no tea flavor, mostly the taste of syrup.

Unbelievably slow. I’ve been waiting for a half an hour. Staff speaking with you in russian assuming you know it. Heard a few loud swear words from staff in their communication in front of clients, not the best experience. Don’t recommend this place at all

You know, bubble tea is not cheap but the amount of options they have for you and the taste makes it worthy.O really like the fact that they have the screen so you can order there, which also takes out a lot of pressure for the non-Czech speakers.The geisha tea with tapioca and kiwi balls was one of the bests bubble teas I’ve ever had. What I don’t like is that there are really abstract names as some Japan cities but you cannot guess what you’re ordering. Usually it tastes good but it’s a risk if you’re picky
