I was cheated this afternoon by them. I bought an apple earphones and it was packed in a plastic bag instead of original apple box.I was charged 1290czk for the lightning earphones but the original price is just 690czk. I am attaching the pictures as well here. When i did online search and found that i am cheated. I went to speak to the person at store ans he said because it’s Praha hl nadrazi the price is higher and may be the price is high. Such a scam at Main train station doesn’t make Prague look good at all.I am going to complain to consumer court as soon as possible.My heart is crying for 600czk extra which i paid during this pandemic.

THESE GUYS SUCKI had water damage but my phone came back worse then I gave it to them!They said they dried it so did their job but NEVER actually fixed the phone. The technician works only every 2 days, they refused to refund my broken phone and they were extremely unprofessional.DONT RIP YOUR CUSTOMERS OFF PLEASE!!!NOT OK

Disgusting not okFixed my friends phone or should I say broke the phone…..Never ever go here they steal your money and also made damage to the phone and lied. Unprofessional service the technician works basically only every 2 days. He’s a lier and made a bad excuse and when asked about his lie he said yes your correct but I can’t give a refund….DONT GO HERE PLEASEDONT SUPPORT THIS

I had an emergency, as I had to have the entire screen block replaced. It was a saturday and I had to leave the day after, and on top of that the model of my phone is not very common or new. They managed to find the right piece in another store of the same company, called them to check and be sure they still had one. They told us how much it would cost and how long it would take. We went to this other store and had the phone repaired. I am relly grateful, as I had all our travel information, banking, etc on my phone, our trip would have been ruined without their kind help.
