Nejhorší obsluha. Tady nikdo ani nezdraví ani neděkuje. Kartou platit samozřejmě nelze.Doporučuji zajít kamkoliv jinam.

We stopped to have some coffee and breakfast. Then price is according to being in the city center, cakes around 95czk and the picture I posted 140czk. Coffees ranging 55czk - 90czk. Prices compared to Prague are the same. The crepes were delicious and the staff very friendly. I ordered an Irish whisky and it has a generous amount of whisky, thanks for the bright morning start!

Nettes Café mitten in Karlsbad. Gute Kuchen und Kaffee Auswahl. Bedienung ist sehr nett. An der Inneneinrichtung kann man bestimmt mit Deko es noch gemütlicher machen. Alles in allem schön

Never visit this cafe!! Deceptive stuff!We asked only for two cups of tea and they brought tea with honey tubes. We did not ordered honey so we thought it was included in the price, but as we asked for the check it came out that they put honey by themselves, without asking and added the price of them to the amount. Price for one spoon honey was 40 czk and when I told them that I did not ordered the honey so I did not wanted to pay extra for that, they started yelling and refused to speak English. Besides, it was so cold inside, and while we were drinking the tea the stuff was coming an starring at us and apparently forcing us to leave soon. Finally, we payed 160 czk just for two cups of tea (which was just hot water and cheap package from supermarket) and honey (which we did not order). And, it was not only about price, they were rude from the beginning. Otherwise, I would not even rate them here with negative comments.

New cafe in the centre with tables outside on the street, we had place inside. The service was quick as the place was almost empty (with a reason as it turned out in the end) and the cream on the coffee was one of my best that I have ever had. But...Do not try to communicate in English. Not a word. Waste of time. The waiter brought the bill without asking although we still had drinks on the table, so basicly we were forced to leave-with 3 kids. The bill was a handwrited piece of paper, so tax transparency is questionable... In the 21st century in middle of one of the main Czech tourist destinations no credit/debit card was accepted, only cash and the waiter was standing above us, looking at us while we were looking for some cash in our pockets. They accepted CZK and EUR, but with their own rate: other shops here used 23 CZK for 1 EUR, they changed for 20.8, making their own tip.Overall, it was a mistake going there, I am sure you can find tasty coffee at other places nearby.

Musím se přiklonit k negativnímu hodnocení, které tady čtu. Kafe latte které jsem dostala od nepříjemné paní obsluhující nebylo k pití, asi tam nějakou dobu stálo. Mrzí mě, že jsem za něj zaplatila. Vím určitě, že sem již nepůjdu. Paní obsluhující, stará, nepříjemná by mĕla jít dělat do fabriky obsluhovat stroje. Již nikdy více !!!!
