We visited only hotel café so I can review only that. But we were astonished. Great atmosphere with air of beginning of 20th century. Beautiful interior. Polite and professional staff. Very good cakes freshly baked by their own cook. (We have been there on Sunday morning and the cook kept bringing new fresh pieces. Wow.) They have gluten-free option as well. And last but not least - good coffee. I look forward to stop by here again.

This hotel is directly in the Centre. Very nice location, the staff was very friendly, could also speak German and English.Everything was very clean and nice.The food was good and yummy.1 less star because: we had the room which is reserved for somebody in a wheelchair and therefore it was a little too small. We had a nice balcony and the room was ok, but the bed and the room itself where a bit too small.Also: the room and the hotel where a little bit too dark for our liking. There could be more lights (e.g. Our bedroom just had those small nightstand lights.)Would still recommend this location again!

The food there was amazing. I had the pasta salad with pork tenderloin and my mother had the ceasar salad. They were both godly but I'd recommend the pasta salad over the ceasar one. If it wasn't on the other side of the Czech Republic I would be there all the time. 5/5

It says 4 star hotel but the room had a strong smell i difnt like. Reminded me of my student dormitory. 8 km away in nove mesto hotel rajska zahrada is also 4stars and it is much better, with minibar in the room and free wellness. I have been in both hotels right after each other. I would never go to beranek again. In the restaurant no one spoke english and the door was open so cigarette smoke was constatly comming from the cafeteria while i was eating(i set far away from the door).....the food was good but expensive for local prices

Nice location in the center of the city nearby the castle. Clean rooms and interesting architecture of the common areas. Standard breakfast.

Really nice place, helpful personnel and good food. Veal cutlet was particularly good... :-) the whole place looks, that Náchod used to be a important trading town.

I really liked staying here. I was only there for one night, so I don't have a lot to say, but the rooms were nice, comfortable, and clean. Nothing too fancy, but they didn't feel at all ill-maintained. Breakfast was simple but good quality. Location, at least for my needs, was great though it can be difficult to find parking at some times. The keys to the rooms are actual keys and they are quite large, so that's a bit of a downside when you consider you have to remember to lock your room when you leave and then carry around a large key all day.Staff is very friendly and speak English well, which is always a nice bonus.

Over the restaurant: I really appreciated the quality of the food - good selection of traditional meals with modern touch. But what I loved the most was the healthy & tasty vegetarian lunch option! Very good service!!!

Looks fancy, but luckily no snobbery from the staff. Food they offer is a tasty mix of Czech/Austro-Hungarian classics. The prices are a bit higher than the average is in Náchod, but it's well worth it.

Nice staff, good coffee and cake. I love the design of the building's exteriors and interiors. I would have chosen an appropriate background music for that, since the place deserves it. By the time we went there, a czech local radio was playing which was kinda ruining the atmosphere. Also the smell from the kitchen in the cafe was not pleasant. Overall experience was good but details matter, specially in such a beautiful place.
