Simple Bakery offering just a few things, but each is gorgeous. I took a flatwhite which was very smooth and tasty and a red currant cake and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the taste (which didnt happen to me for a long time in a bakery).

I keep on coming back for the sourdough bread made with freshly milled wholegrain organic flour and gorgeous pastries made with less refined flour and less sugar than usual, which allows complex and wholesome flavours to some through. The light roasted batch brewed coffee is also very drinkable!

I came here to buy donut and cinnamon roll and I must say I was really confused. Cinnamon roll was very dry and donut was just ok, the cream was nice but dough didn’t taste fresh. I would expect more for such a price. There are much better bakeries in Prague so I don’t recommend this one.

Messed up opening times. Today I came here at 1:49 And they wouldn’t serve me coffee although it was 15 minutes before closing. If they make great bread, but management is unfortunately bad.

They have the best tasting pastries in whole Prague! but opening hours could be better, challanging to get there in working hours when you dont live near, also ifthere was chance to open up on saturday morning at least? Many times by the hour I reach the chop they have no more sweet pastries left
