Today at 17:50 we asked for a coffe. We were told this was impossible because closing time is 18:00. So, it was open but guests not welcome. Strange attitude.

The ambience is really nice, the decor is perfect. I enjoyed spending time there. I appreciate their use of real whipped cream and quality bread in sandwiches. Their desserts tasted well, too. They should consider upgrading their coffee (Segafredo is not good enough for a regular coffee place, let alone for a five star hotel), which is the key drawback that cost the place a star. Also, various dissimilar menus on the table just beg for consolidation.
