Soviet time & style building, but we'll kept & maintained. It hosts several hundreds of one room offices, the quintessential of ugly life. But location is not bad,on several bus & tram stations, very close to the entrance of motorway to west, Plzen & western/southern Germany. Parking is absolutely difficult.

It took me an appointment in a clinic in there to realise it is NOT a shelter for victims of DV. With that cleared up, there are multiple businesses in the building, so rating it in terms of accessibility and close to everything.
