Camping Praha Klánovice

Great site. Clean shower and toilet block. Got everything bar restaurant. Reception staff can speak English, friendly staff, shop, fresh bread every morning. W ell kept gardens, just doing up the pools.Easy access into Prague, bus stop right outside, but by a ticket at the reception. 70 year olds go free on bus and Metro. Fare is only 32 kc each way less than £1.50. Plenty of info in the office, they give you a package with bus ,metro, train times etc.

We have just spent 11 days at the fabulous campsite. I can not fault it. Great position for Prague. The owner Boris and his staff are very friendly . helpful and make you feel very welcome. . Clean showers and toilets. Our family had 2 mobile homes and they were in good condition and very clean. We had a camping plot right alongside our family .Amazing pool area and snack bar . Wonderful forest walks behind campsite and saw Deer . Easy walk to a number of restaurants as well as a restaurant on site . Great value for money and you will not regret going here. I would rate this place 1 stars. Because the snack bar is bad and the camping place is noisy as hell also at night. Tho they know how to keep some things clean like the pool is clean. The toilets aren't that clean, I have seen pee on the floor and on the toilet seat as well and some people can't press the button. Everything cost money. 3 euro for 1 day and 15 euro for a week for Wi-Fi. 4 euro per hour in the football area and volley ball area it's 200 czk.I recommend not to eat at the camping place snack bar.Also the tents you can borrow isn't good when it rains there comes water in from many sides.Warning:The Personal will come and yell at you or your family because you have experienced a bad time.All this is some I have experienced personally. They can't take criticism.Criticism is for them to make the place better. If they don't want to evovl or do better then they should ignore this.

A very good camping place. Friendly & helpfull staff, you are allowed to pick your tent spot before. Good & clean facilities (showers and toilets). The swimming pool is a bit cold but on a sunny day very welcome. The snackbar is very handy, the restaurant also, American style with friendly waiters. Everything can be payed in either euros or czk's. Other facilities: the minigolf was fun, also a jump, petanque, soccer and baby square. Public transport to Prague is cheap, easy and takes about 30minutes. A recommended camp site!

My first impression of the camp site great! Everything that modern camping should have is there. Swimming pool, bars etc. Everything is clean and tidy just outstanding. But there is down sides too. Bar is closed most of the time it's only open from 7pm till 10pm. Swimming pool is only open until 7pm as well. Where members of staff gets everybody out off the water even 20 minutes before that. Even outdoor gym is being closed!! What?! Reception is open until 11am. And until 11am you have to leave on your last day. Ofcourse us stupid tourists didn't really pay attention to detail like that even worst at 10:45 we went to do some shopping. Leaving our kids and trailer at the camp. We were very surprised when we've come back 30 min later that our entry card wasn't working. Then it started. Wright up until this moment we were guests now we've became bugs that had to be removed ASAP. We have been rushed to leave with staff behind our back they have been pointing the clook all the time and saying we haven't got all day" what? To watch us leaving? our plan was to leave at 12 anyway. Ok we should stick to the rules. We haven't just been told "sorry but the time is up and you have to leave" we've been kicked out!So this was my last impresion. Is your failure to follow the rules our fault? The pool closes every season at 19.00 because cleaning 900m3 of water takes some time

Expensive camping but worth the money! Had a great pool which we really needed with those temperatures. A big sunbathing area for I guessed not only camping guest. The guy at the reception was really helpful, also explained about the public transport which we used to get in Praha. Could pay the camping with card but all the other possibilities were with cash. The campsite had little shadow and little privacy on the dedicated places. Still a good place for when you're visiting Praha or just want a chill vacation.

Very bad customer service, very disappointedJust fo follow up.. I have received phone call from this camp a couple of minutes ago and some guy promise to kill me for writing bad review and putting one star on his business. I have all phone calls recorded all the time so i can easily put that conversation online. And it's all because i have rang them this morning to confirm my booking, but was told in very bad maner that he has send me email and i need to check my spam box as he is not responsible for my emails. I have nicely asked to confirm my booking on the phone but he has put phone down. Very disappointed and would advise to avoid this place as it would not be safe with staff like that. I have that call recorded if someone is interested

Nice Campsite close to Prague. Great swimming pool. Receptionists speak English. A minor is you need to pay for the wifi. It's 15 euro's for 7 days and it works extremely poor. Also there is a soccer playground but you need to pay 4 euros to rent it for an hour. When we arrived here we thought it was free to use.
