This is my second time to give my Peugeot 5008 for service at Lenner Motors, best of staff and all of them are helpful. No complaints at all.

Purchasing a new vehicle has been a real pleasure. The staff is absolutely professional willing to go extra mile in order to provide the best possible buying experience.

The greatest service and stuff I have ever seen. The whole process from communication to the end was pleasure. I want to say huge thank you especially to two persons Domenik and Jiri, who helped me a lot in every aspect. They are fighting and getting best outcome for the problem to help customer and make them happy.The experience was one of the best even for English speaking customer. definitely recommend this center to everyone!

A good team of car sellers are there to introduce the cars.

I had great experiences with Lenner Motors so far. Annual service of my car (Hyundai Tucson 2021) went very smoothly even though I am an english speaker and speak Czech a little. Mr. Dvorak is very professional, responsive and punctual. Recently I had also a small damage on my rear bumper and blinker due to a small accident in a garage; I took my car to Lenner Motors Ricany again for the repair and Mr. Stana is similarly very professional and helpful so all the process went very smoothly again. From the initial purchase of my car to above mentioned services, I can only recommend Lenner Motors.

I drive a Hyundai Kona electric 2021. My car just reached 15.000 km and I had to go to the 1st service (inspection). I googled about the costs of the first service and found out that the costs are around 80-100 EUR in average in Germany, because the first service on an electric car is very small.I sent an email to Hyundai Lenner Motors to ask for the estimated costs of the 1st service and I got 2 days later a call back from a very friendly service consultant of Lenner Motors.He told me that the 1st service will cost around 10.000 CZK (400 EUR). I told him that the costs in Germany are a fraction of this but he told me that the battery has to be checked and that is can take up to 3,5 hours and the price is an estimate but will not be much cheaper.The next day my girlfriend (Czech native speaker) called Hyundai Center Valoušek in Chodov and asked for the the price of the first service of the Hyundai Kona. At the phone she was told that the first service cost around 6500 CZK (260 EUR). Again she confronted the service consultant with the information, that the 1. service in Germany is way cheaper but he confirmed that price.I called then TG Automobile in Dresden and asked for their prices. Maybe I was just wrong with what I read on the internet. At the phone I was told that the price will be around 100 EUR inkl. DPH (2500 CZK). I made an appointment for the next Saturday (yes, possible for 1st service) and after 1,5 hours waiting time I got my car back nicely cleaned from the outside. The invoice was EUR 98,81 including 19% German DPH. This is pretty much exactly 2500 CZK.How is this possible? People in Czech Republic earn LESS MONEY than people in the same positions in Germany and the procedure for the 1st service is dictated from Hyundai and for every country the same.THIS IS TOTAL RIP OFF! I just can motivate you to take a nice day trip to Dresden (around 180 km from Prague), have your car serviced in Dresden for a way smaller fee and use the saved money for some nice shopping. And btw: I paid 0,39 EUR (around 10 CZK) per KW hour fast charging and a charger of Sachen Energie (Wasaplatz, Dresden). We went for a really nice lunch (Trang An) and after we returned the battery was charged 95%.

In Nov 2019 I brought my first Tucson from Hyundai Ricany, Lenner Motors. The support and guidance given by our salesperson, Veronika Bartlova, was excellent. She made the whole process seamless and a pleasure. I have just purchased another Tucson (2021 model) after trading in a Hyundai i30 SW and once again, dealt with Veronika. Even trading in my old car was simple and they gave me a great price! Despite the current Covid situation, she made the process seamless. Excellent communication (in English too!:)) with great guidance and support. However, the whole team at Lenner Motors have always been extremely helpful and friendly - for all servicing etc. I would highly recommend anyone to buy their Hyundai from Lenner Motors at Ricancy.
