Jedna hvězdička je moc. Již nikdy více. Jídelní lístek si půjčit od jiného stolu, po objednání se 2x přišli zewptat zda mám objednáno, poté donesl junior jen jedno pití a druhé jsem si prý neobjednal. Jídlo hrůza , na hotovky čekáte 45 minut, spálené koření na těstovinách, svíčková hrůza a při placení mi pinkl sdělil, že mi účet nedá, protože ho potřebuje. Vyhnout se obloukem stejně jako je dálníce ... U jiného stolu - kaši již nemáme, dáme brambory, nakonec donesli jídlo s hranolkami. Všichni odcházeli nespokojeni. Sorry ...

Nice, friendly staff, close to the best sauna in the Czech rep

You absolutely ruined our holiday experience and have caused us so much stress and upset. We booked to stay in your motel for 8 people last night. We are from the UK and had been at a festival 3 hours drive away. We booked here because it said 24 hour check in and check out on the terms and conditions.We had a very exhausting weekend and have to drive a long way back to Prague for our flights today. We booked your motel because we needed to sleep and shower and rest. We arrived after a long drive around 1.30am to find all lights off, no signs of anyone and everything closed! Thanks a lot!We then spent another hour in your carpark trying to call any hostel or other motels anywhere to stay for all 8 of us and couldn't find anywhere at all.I cannot belive how rude for you to just ignore people stranded in a foreign country after taking bookings from us to stay which said we could check in at anytime. Absolutely furious and disgusted with your service and thanks to this 8 of us have had to try sleep in an over cramped van we hired after driving a further 2 hours to find a truck stop with a shower. I haven't been able to sleep at all and I am so angry you wasted our time and caused us this nightmare today.We spent ages trying to call the number and looking for other door to the hotel reception. We saw one person, staff or owner in a downstairs window who then ignored us all outside.So thanks for that! 24 hours check in service means you should be available as it says, so why on earth did the hotel be all locked up?

Po dlouhé době jsme se zase stavili v této restauraci na jídlo a musíme říct, že jsme byli trochu zklamáni. Obsluha nepříjemná a jídlo slabší průměr, takové nemastné neslané. Příloha k jídlu byla mrkev s rozinkami a druhý salát chutnal jako by jste do toho otřeli syrovou rybu. A aby toho nebylo málo při placení nás chtěl ještě obrat. Dlouho se tu opět nestavíme.
