Hotel Termal Mušov

Not verry clean... lots of dust, big spider problem, lots of spiders and webs everywhere... beautiful area on the lake-side

very nice spa treatment from the girl working in the spa. It would also be great if you can add air conditioning in the rooms, it gets too hot at night and opening the doors and windows to welcome mosquito attacks and swelling is not very good. Thermal pool is great but you can add a regular swimming pool to the side just for very hot summer days that would be perfect!

Room was really spacious and clean. The menu list is not too long, but all we ate in the 3 day stay was excellent. Nice wiew on the lake, pool is super to relax, really hot thermal water.

Longer waiting time at check-in, after trying to draw the attention of a member of staff (blonde, mid-50s, made-up appearance and working in the restaurant), you are stupidly snapped at and put down that you should just wait. Language skills are poor! Arriving in the room, the door handle is on the bedside table and not all the light switches work… better stay somewhere else…

The Restaurant was good and the Service of our waitress outstanding. Nice wines on selection so we enjoyed three dinners here. The rooms of the hotels have a good size and a balcony ( Villa 6). The service on the rooms was just bad, shower door not working and was not managed to repair even when we notified the reception. Spider webs in the room, in October looks like they have been from the summer. The cleaning was NOT done during three days and not even the bed was made. Just to throw some towels into the room is a unexpected bad behavior and not worth to come back for a overnight stay.

We were watching out for a nice spot to have a break for lunch on our way to the South of the Czech Republic. This place is relay nice, offers a scenic lake view, is served by friendly staff, and you’ll find a delicious selection on the menu. I’ll stopping by again.

Rainy days by the lake.. we had to stay in the hotel much about the whole time.. but, the staff's relaxed, friendly and professional approach surely won our hearts!! Great breakfast variety and a nice selection on the menu for lunch and dinner, both a bit pricy, but definitely worth it! Excellent location, with the upfront lake view. Even has a pier directly 'in the front yard', which we chose when getting off the boat trip! All and all very satisfied, highly recommended and we will visit again :)

food was good! service was not so good they totally forgot to bring us or drinks.beautiful views over the lake!!
