Stay away from this company. I know many people that have placed orders, including myself, that have lost hundreds of dollars. The company does not respond to posts via their own contact page, even with an order # from their own email, after placing an order. I placed my order in June of 2022 and have paid for a 350 x 350 plate and have lost around $185 Canadian dollars. Heard the same from several folks on the Annex Engineering Discord. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSS YOUR MONEY. I could not put no stars - won't allow me to post otherwise.

sono dei truffatori si sono presi i soldi e non mi anno mandato il mio piatto di stampa x prusa ,poi dicono che accettano paypal ma al momento di pagare lo devi fare con la carta ,non ordinate niente se non volete perdere dei soldi
