Good selection of products. However, assistance was needed on the self checkout and the workers refused to accept that their scales had messed up after I’d placed my items down and it was still asking me to place them down. Also doesn’t accept UK club cards for some reason.

It's an alright smaller store. If you quickly need something to eat, you can always just hop over. I love the location. It's right next to the bus stop, tram stop and one of the metro exits making at incredibly accessible. One think that I have to say is that it previously mad a selection of different types of candy you could mix as you like, which it got rid of. This isn't welcome as I went to the store frequently especially for this candy.

Small grocery store selling all the essentials. Its a Tesco Express, so it will be small. Handy for getting something to eat and drink on the go. Queues can be long at the check out. Always lots of people shopping in store, so very popular.

I was carrying the old Respect magazine with me to this Tesco express store holding it in my hand and accidentally left it on the desk,next to my food items before paying, the cashier wanted to mark it and sell it to me again despite I explained her politely it is mine magazine and I had it before I entered the Tesco . She accused me of not announcing it before, but I had no idea Tesco is selling magazines and newspapers. On the other hand shouldn’t the cashier just know the products she is selling, shouldn’t be so wise enough to see my magazine is folded used many times and doesn’t look like new before even opening her arrogant mouth and accusing the customer? The worst thing was when they found out the truth as they checked magazines and found out mine was really old and not from the store, they didn’t even apologize to me. Well, probably customer service is that what’s missing here in this Tesco express branch in Hradcanska.

I’ve always liked Tesco - I’m thinking back to the 90’s when they first arrived in CZ.However, I’m not so keen on their loyalty card. The price hikes are very noticeable if you don’t have (or want) one.I used to buy quite a lot there, but I now shop at Alberts and Penny Market - good prices and variety.

Small supermarket with the basic selection of the necessities needed. As a late evening shopping it is a good option around Hradcanska. But if you look for a wide selection of quality products, head somewhere else. I would call it a low cost supermarket with NOT low cost prices. But it has good opening hours.

Self cash desk still does not work properly...you need to separate all stuff info individual sacs...i.e. u cannot put donut and croissant together

The store is okay. But the employees need better training. They talk with each other like they are sitting in a bar whike scanning the products. And then want to make sure if they scanned all the products correctly by checking the receipt. People are in a hurry and there is a big line; in a well run store, I don't think will have such undisciplined employees.

Ok Tesco I put 4 due to good discounts on essentials like meat or bread. People probably avoid to go here and travel to nearby Lidl but that is good for those who are not afraid and go here hence discounts could be - 50% and you will definitely get your cut.
