Purchased a Longines Spirit Zulu time watch from Koscom Hodinky yesterday while on a city break to Prague with my wife, and the experience was second to none. Very attentive staff, a great customer experience and absolutely delighted with my purchase. Would highly recommend this store to purchase a watch from. They have an excellent selection from a wide variety of brands and the staff were excellent also. Will definitely shop here again, even if it means having to come from Ireland to do so.

I needed a new battery and a new strap for my old Swatch. They were so friendly and so helpful, even though I wasn't spending big money for a new watch. Excellent service! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The best multi-brand watch store and boutique in Prague. It's a large store offering an excellent and wide range of watches but also a fantastic boutique with a personal approach and well-educated and helpful staff.I bought two of my watches there and am more than happy with their service.

I advice the shop and the service. I had a problems with the watches of my husband which were bought in the other shop long time ago. During the service in Koscom it was found, that they are not original. So they helped to solve this issue. Repaired them wonderfully. Also we bought two more watches. They works nicely and have all required registrations.The chief and the service team is very responsive and tending to help.I definitely recommend the Koscom shop.

Great experience, made more than once. The shop is huge and you can only walk in and watch the watches, nobody pushes you to buy anything. But if you want, very well skilled staff with enthusiasm is still prepared to help. Really recommend a visit.

Went this morning for the first time. Space is nice and clean and large enough to feel comfortable. All are smiling and polite and gentle. You can peek in the watchmaker workshop which is cool. Service was great and i could have stay there all morning just talking about watches and calibres and details.A good place to be!

This place was great. Had my watch battery replaced and pressure tested on the spot while I looked at other watches. They have a large selection of watches at very good prices.
