The food is amazing, one of my best gastro experience!After the meal they invited us to the kitchen and showed us everything. It was clean and very well organized. This is one of the reasons I will definitely come back to Tábor. :)

If you want to spend some time in heaven go to Restaurant Goldie / Hotel Nautilus in Tabor. I've eaten here a year ago and was impressed by Martin's menu and dishes. 2017 was again amazing. I could describe the food but it will not fit in the allowed maximum characters. See the photos, it tastes even better than it looks. And it looks stunning. Than there is the staff, I don't know where they find those but they are perfect and compliment your whole experience by making you feel welcome. English language is no problem for the staff. This place is just a little bit of heaven in a lovely environment. A MUST visit if you are in the region.

One of the most amazing restaurants in one of the most beautiful and historically important locales in the Czech Republic. I wasn’t sure when I read about “Czech gastronomie,” but when I saw that gorgeous layer of fat on the liver dumpling soup, I knew everything was going to be amazing. The service is top line and though the dishes are very high end, they feel like home, especially the beef tartare, which you spread on some crunchy fried rye accompanied by raw garlic. Worth every korun.

Great service! The mushroom soup and venison steak were INCREDIBLE. I was less excited about the steak tartare because the truffle oil was a little bit overwhelming for me. However, the foccacia it came with on the side was also really nice. A good place to go if you have dietary restrictions, as the staff were extremely accomodating and prepared.

The food is truly fantastic so hats off to the chef. But the service was really not that great. It seemed to us that the three waiters were students of a hotel school or something of that sort. We weren't bothered by the fact that they confused, everyone has to learn somehow, however better service is to be expected at this kind of a restaurant. We were not offered a wine list and had to ask for it. Our food arrived before the drinks. No one would fill up our wineglasses throughout the evening so we eventually did it ourselves even though the ice bucket was not directly next to us. We had to ask for water several times before it was brought. Once we finished eating the main courses no one offered us desserts. No one noticed we finished the wine bottle or offered us any more drinks. It is just small things, but all add up to the experience you get for the money you pay. But again, the food was great.

Highly recommended. We ordered italian pasta and hamburger with side, all perfect. Also the crew was fast and polite. Food really delicious. Once you gonna be in Tabor try this restaurant on main square in the city center.

The arrangement of the food on the plates looks so fabulous that you do not want to destroy it. But if you do you'll be rewarded with absolutely stunning food. I personally had the veal and as a dessert the chocolate. The veal was so soft and perfectly timed so you could not complain about anything. At first I thought the chocolate would be too sweet for me for dessert but it was the perfect choice. It was sweet but not that kind of sweet you can get sick of. The waiter was really nice and professional. The serving of the food was always done within the waiter presenting the food and an waitress serving.You just felt really special the whole time. If you took the chance to read about the chef and looked at his pictures you definitely had the chance to recognize him in the restaurant greeting customers. This is a place that l really want to visit again even if it is just for the food. It would be worth the trip.
