Wow, wow, wow, wow and wow. Absolutely amazing food. We stopped for lunch after a walk around Hukvaldy castle.The meat is cooked over an open wood fire, simple presentation, maximim taste. This is one of, if not the best food i habe had in Ostrava!The lemonades and deserts are also great. Highly recommend the apple lemonade.You MUST visit but book ahead, it is extremely busy and popular.Updated on 18th June 2023:2nd visit, still completely amazing food, you absolutely must try BUT reserve a table well ahead, people are literally queuing outside the door to get in.This time we ate:- boneless rabbit with creamy vegetable sauce (svickova) and dumplings - rich, creamy, tastebud explosion- pork loin with french green beans and bacon lardons, homemade potatoe croquets - juicy, tender, perfectly cooked

The atmosphere is FANTASTIC! They have a big fireplace that is always going in the winter. They even grill the food on it right in front of you! The grilled food can be amazing, but we have had chicken that was not very good twice. They have a very special theme in the restaurant, it's a nautical sailing theme that is very nice.

Amazing restaurant with fabulous on wooden grill made steaks! Very cozy place and quite close to Hukvaldy Renaissance castle. The service is also great. Parking is available nearby at the main Hukvaldy parking lot.

The steak here is very delicious.And there is a smile on the face of the employee.So I had a good time.I would like a picture menu for foreigners.Then more people will find this place.

Very nice restaurant, nice menu. That kind of service, you actually feel like you're annoying them, you want something. Can recommend stuffed snails. Fish was a bit dry. Great ox cheeks! 3,5*

Really great food!!! Definitely order the grilled salmon. They grill it directly on an open flame which is inside the dining area. The ambience and atmosphere is lovely. The servers are polite and helpful, but not pushy. The service was prompt and professional. I can't find 1 fault with this restaurant.
