I have used this service already twice and for sure will use it every time I need to go away and for someone to look after my 2 cats. It is extremely well organized, the cat sitters are very responsible and very nice people. Cats are very happy with them too :)

Very handy service, I have been a customer for 2 years now and am so happy they are here! My cat loves the catsitters, they are very professional and even water the plants, open the window to air out your house a bit and send you a cute report (with pictures) every day. Communication is very easy, and for the non Czech speakers: they speak English!

This is my second time using Holidaycat services, and I couldn’t be more grateful! Sofie was amazing, kind, and professional, and my (sometimes territorial) cat took to her almost immediately. She was very detailed and prompt with her updates, and I was able to enjoy my short vacation knowing that my cat was being loved on at home. Excellent and super professional! The catsitter was lovely and sent photos everyday with a summary of the stay. Communication was smooth and we were contacted super fast. It's great to know your pet is being taken care of with such enthusiasm.

Very professional, the process was clear and communication excellent (also in English), which made the planning of the visits very smooth. The cat-sitter sent me daily updates on how the visit went, accompanied by a cute collage of pictures of the pet. And most importantly, the cat looked happy. :-)It was the first time I used their service over these Christmas holidays, but I'll definitely consider them again when leaving for some days in the future.
