I had a nice expirience.

The biggest scam in prague!!! they will try to find any kind of mistakes u made even if its a small mistake and even if you didnt even do it just to take your money out from your deposit.they are so rude and unprofessional.i recommend to find another places.the building is old.no elevator.only stairs which at night the stairs so dark and scary.the light sometimes its on sometimes its not.people lives there are not friendly at all.the toilet smells really bad.kitchen sink is disgusting,always full of used plates,and other stuff.water heater sometimes is not working.sometimes i dont shower because its cold.so dissapointed and sad.contact are not always available.they only reply when they need your money thats it.UNPROFESSIONAL AND SO RUDE. This is an honest review and from my experience.so,try to find another places if you want to save your money and doesnt want to get scam by this people.Bad bussiness.one more thing, when i left from the place,they told me that i forgot to close the window and the floor are wet bcs of raining and wanted me to pay for the fine which they just can take it from my deposit.Unprofessional.

Why the one star review?The short answer: terrible communication; bad organization and being very unprofessional.The long version:1. After paying the deposit (600 Euros), they stopped answering our messages for days and failed to provide us with any kind of confirmation of payment. Me and my family thought we were scammed.2. Literally the day before I was supposed to arrive in Prague, they completely stopped answering my messages. I wasn’t given any information on how I was supposed to enter my apartment, no keys, no passwords, anything. I even thought about booking a hotel room as a last resort. I had to call them and sort these things out while on the bus, driving to Prague. Just completely unprofessional and irresponsible.3. After I moved out, they were supposed to pay me back the deposit. As of the writing of this review (14.08.), I have yet to receive a single cent of the deposit. Almost 2 months after moving out. However, that didn’t stop them from trying to get me to pay rent for July (even though my contract ended in June).The rooms themselves are ok, however, due to how badly organized and irresponsible they are, I don’t recommend student republic.
