I usually visit other branch of Bombay Express. Recently moved this area and 2nd time visiting here but the lady in order station is not welcoming both times. And masala tea is really really cold and doesn’t test like tea , I hope they will improve their service and quality.

Pathetic service at this Bombay Express (Novy Smichov). One of the working (Indian lady) is absolutely not cut for this role- rude and moody. I somehow always end up on the wrong side with her (only). Wont ever go back if I see her on the counter/ till again.

Czech TamilachiBombay Express has 9 branches all over Prague.Mainly in malls, it is in perfect location. The food provided here is not completely authentic, since I can see the influence of western in foods. I tried some samosas, Julab Jamun and Mango lassie. However it tastes like precooked and heated food. Other than that food quality and quantity is really good.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality and authenticity of food. It was everything you'd expect .. tasty, appealing, economical and good service. Exceptional Naan's (breads) and stuffed paratha's ( filled breads)

Went there at 21:20 in evening. We're told they are closed for service, even though they are listed on Google as closing 22:00 with no other info. The person was rather rude and said they stop serving at 21:30. I pointed out it wasn't 21:30 yet.All other Bombay Express have been friendly. This one not so much.

When i read one guy comment that they give him only 4 pieces of chicken , i thought they Would have mistaken , But it was mě who thought wrongly , basically today i Gót only 3 piece of chicken . No idea How worst their service can go . I think till Now Chodov branch is Good So far .

It my first time Indian food here. Yet, nothing really special. The chicken is okay but the rice is a bit dry and the prices are higher than it deserves.

The food is very very tasty, especially naans made traditional way, compared to many Indian restaurants in Prague. Unfortunately the portions take away seem to be smaller than before dining in. Also the naan gets wet when packing in the plastic box with the food, and becomes pancake, please use a paper bag for packing instead if possible. Overall I really like this place.
