Only go here if you are addicted to mayonnaise, because they absolutely drench their food in it. The chefs have never heard of France or Crepes.

Friendly and nice enough, but the prices for the pancakes were hilarious, something like 160 or 180 for a simple one with banana and Nutella? They had a ton of other stuff that seemed fine, had a croissant with egg and bacon for a more reasonable 120 and it was alright. Apart from that it was just fine, I'd recommend a smaller place in town over a mall food court if you want a nice lunch or something regardless

Inpolite and Stressed out waiters and waitresses even though half their tables weren't even seated. This is not a take away but a restaurant." Said the overstrained waiter when we (group of 4 ppl) tried to order our meals.One of us got his order in a takeaway-box before the rest of us left the 'restaurant'.The Food/crèpe is pretty good though"

Nice food, but rude staff. Visited today, which would have been my mother's birthday, if she hadn't died slowly in agony from cancer this year. All alone in Prague, feeling sad and lonely, female waiter very sadistically and slowly muttered - 'you're welcome' when serving me after I politely thanked her (which was, btw, late as the male waiter hadn't comprehended my original order). The M2C security staff under Roman Bašta have pointed me out to shop and restaurant staff and encouraged them to bully me (while Bašta himself told me this was all inside of my head), not only in Novy Smichov, but elsewhere too. Not sure if the strange and rude behaviour of the staff is the result of this, but it certainly fits in with the behaviour of other staff in the Center when I am served. Or maybe it's because they feel I haven't been tipping them enough. Perhaps both. In any case, doubt if I will eat here again.

not recommend to foreign, I eat here around 12:50 pm I lost my cash in my wallet I wanted to ask about the CCTV camera but didn't help me to show to me. They said nothing, I hope you have also been concerned about this kind of situation, to the lady that I talk to, don't be aggressive, and never touch your customers like that, you grab me like a kid.

Nice place with friendly service. the palačinkas were pretty tasty. Just 3 stars on the food because other than the fresh fruit, the toppings (whipped cream, vanilla cream, and chocolate) somehow tasted bland.
