My usual shopping experience here is amazing, with knowledgeable men and women. Today , it was my last visit of the store. Terribly rude lady refused to communicate in english and assist appropriately when we tried to find a proper shirt. She barely spoke czech too and told us to go to a different store. When we conronted her about the poor experience as we were very disappointed she started screaming back. TM Lewin, shere are the amazing people who used to work for you? This was an atrocious experience. Choose your staff wisely if youre trying to be a premium gentlemen's store. It was utterly embarrassing.

It's not about their service at this store but their shirt product itself. Seems unable to find best fit shirt for my body shape.

Worst T.M. Lewin experience I have had.I have been a frequent customer for couple of years but the attitude of the employee at this location today will make me not come again. For a gentleman brand please have some standart for the hire of staff.Came in planing to buy 3-4 shirts but decided to leave with headspace of never shopping there again

Not very professional staff they lied to me about iron free, they said TM Lewis stop making them. Also I felt like I paid too much so I checked the official web site and the same shirt was $40 USA dollars less.. lesson learned shop on line! I will try & Contact the company for the refund of the difference.

S firmou mám dobrou zkušenost, ale návštěva této pobočky ve mně zanechala pachuť. Neochota, přezíravé chování a nekompetentnost prodavaček, bylo pro mne velmi překvapivé a nepříjemné. Zkusil jsem prodejnu stejně značky v OC Paladium a to je jiná liga.

TM Lewin's policy in Czech Republic is complete nonsense. Everything is about 1.5 times more expensive here than in the UK and nothing is on sale. But you cannot order from EU or UK online store to Czech Republic. Why? F*ck you, that's why - tells us TM Lewin with such a policy.
