I had given this place a 5 star review in the past. Now, unfortunately, I have to say they deserve 1 star. If I could give them negative stars, I would. I booked a 90 minute massage (which was not cheap, by the way) and when I arrived the receptionist kept saying I had booked 2 massages. I showed her my receipt and somehow she still didn’t believe me. I spent 10 minutes trying to convince the receptionist that I had, indeed, only booked ONE massage. Most importantly, I had PROOF of that. After the a very frustrating conversation I was finally able to go and get my massage. It doesn’t end there, however. When I came out, the receptionist tried to argue with me about the booking again. It got to the point that I had to show her my bank account statement so she would finally STOP pestering me. The two arguments did nothing to help my mood and all the benefits I could have enjoyed from the massage went down the toilet.You think that’s all? It’s not. Today, a day after I had the most frustrating massage experience, I received a call. Yet again a receptionist tried to argue with me! She said I had booked a massage for that very evening! I most definitely had NOT. After trying to explain to her I hadn’t, she argued with me until I told her to just leave me alone.Overall, the worst experience I have ever had. I am telling everyone to stay away from this place. I paid good money to relax and DIDNT RELAX AT ALL.Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS. They’ll pester you and THEIR system doesn’t work.

I had a voucher for 60min massage but it took only 45min. When I complained at the reception, the lady talked to the masseuse and apparently I was earlier for the massage which was not possible becaus I arrived 10min earlier to chose the oil, change, go to the toilet. The masseuse was not nice and even left for a while in the middle of the massage. No tea nor water offered after the massage. There are definitely better Thai massage places in Prague.

The place is fine and clean. However the massage wasn't up to standard. The masseuse wasn't really kind or nice. The massage was kinda harsh

This place is ok.I always come here because of the location and time convenience. But I always feel I am just a number coming in for the business… how is it possible they don’t offer a tea in the end? It’s literally just boiling water and buying a cheap tea bag… just to give some time for the customers to relax after the massageAnd now with the new facilities, you get dressed/undressed with anyone else that is coming at the same time than you… I would prefer to do it in the massage room aloneThe massage is nice and the space looks clean

A really good place. Highly recommend it. The massages are very good and reception is always very kind.
