Great service and website as well. We reserved two bikes the day before via the website and got them ready on time upon by opening hour. The bikes were very well maintained and smooth. We also got helmets, chain, repair gear, water and a bike bag all included! Customer service was very helpful, friendly and precise. They gave us an explanation of our route with maps and very good tips. Definitely recommended!

We had a great experience with Active Point. Good communication and recommendation as to the best trip, top quality kit and service. We kayaked down to Schmilka then cycled back to Decin, stopping off on the way for refreshments. This took 5 hrs including quite a few stops which was longer than any. Excellent company, highly recommended.

Great professional team! We were there in two different opportunities couple years ago - 1) we ordered 3 bikes for 2 days road trip 2) we had a guided via ferrata trip. In both cases they did their best to fit our needs - the bikes were great and well maintained; the via ferrata guide was very friendly and professional.

We rented a canoe from Schmilka to Wehlen, and rode back by bicycle. A great trip with beautiful scenery! The canoe and bikes were relatively new and in good condition. We also received helmets, life jackets and some water. The guy from active point was on time and very friendly. All in all a great experience.
