Over email they told me they could service my device. When I dropped there in person, they told me they can't service my device.

Excellent service, they solved my problem with nonfunctional old ThinkPad in no time, giving me back my valuable machine without paying anything!

A bunch of gypsy thieves! Horrible service! Ridiculous prices! The worst customer experience that I had in Prague!1. We left our own lenovo yoga pro 3 there for diagnosis and (probably) repair.2. The guy at the reception desk told me that the diagnosis was free of charge and it will take no long than 3 days.3. After 5 days I called them and ask for the diagnosis. They sent us an email with a ridiculous budget for repairing with similar costs to one new computer. Almost 12500CZK (1100€). They said to us that the motherboard and the display were gone" and we needed to put new ones.4. Of course we refused the repair and went there again to bring back the computer. For our surprise
