Měla jsem s dcerou konzultaci na rovnátka, na tento termín jsem čekala měsíc. 2 hod před konzultací nám byl odpolední termín zrušen. Klinika není ochotna vyjít vstříc s novým termínem, měli se mi ozvat, bohužel se tak nestalo. Termín máme již jinde.

Doctors with unethical and unprofessional conducts. My wife was rudely treated by a doctor, which ended up in her anxiety crisis being aggravated instead of treated. After the incident the clinic refused to provide another doctor to assist my wife and refused to refund the money over services she did not even use. We payed a lot, only to be treated like this. Unacceptable.

Did a horrible job at ozone therapy. At other places, your blood really lightens up during the procedure like it should be and you can really feel the energy it's giving you. Here it was nothing. The ozone only lightened up the top of the blood container and shaking it wasn't possible" according to the doctors.Went away with having recieved none of the effects

It’s a really good clinic.

Very good care about patients and cliets. Even they are expensive but quality cost something. Im happy client. My problem was grow toenail i paid so far 10000 czk.

They say they provide Laparoscopy for women on their website but that’s just a misleading information.They’ll reply to you by email (without ever seeing you for an evaluation in person) that they don’t offer it.Bad customer experience to say the least.

A great place to take the COVID test. I came here at around 12:30 today to book an antigen test appointment. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. He booked a 14:00 appointment for me. The execution of the test was done by a lady, who was also very kind. The result came out after 15 minutes, at the same time I waited in the spacious and comfy clinic. I got a proper certificate that would suit my travel needs. It was an excellent experience!

This clinic is really good, everyone is noce and kind. The doctor that visited me gave me detailed explanation and a good plan to fix my issues. I put 4 stars just because from my perspective is a bit too expensive, otherwise would be definitely 5

Absolvoval jsem před rokem komplexních screeningové vyšetření. Pokud nad tím přemýšlíte je to vyhozených 80.000,- výsledek v podstatě jste zdráv, desky na úrovni prezentace ze základní školy a předepsané medikamenty, které se již 3 roky nevyrábí. Následně jsem za dalších x tisic podstoupil kontrolní odběry. K tomu jsem nedostal vůbec žádnou reakci ani výsledky. Co umí dobře je spamovat mailovou schránkus nabídkou placených služeb, ale kvalita a přístup je tristní. Rozhodně nedoporučuji!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, HOPES AND MENTAL HEALTH WITH THIS CLINICI gave 1 star because it is not possible to give 0, otherwise I would. As MANY others here, I don’t care paying more for a good service, but this clinic has the WORST human relation EVER.I went for the clinic to seek psychological diagnosis for my anxiety. About 11.000 czk for it, payed in advance. Two tests were supposed to be sent by email. The email never arrived, a technical issue probably. I have informed the clinic, which didn’t do much. The Dr, a psychologist, felt it was right to send a message to a patient on a SUNDAY threatening that I would lose my money and appointment because I didn’t handle the tests that I didn’t even received. This OBVIOUSLY caused an anxiety crisis. The clinic REFUSES to give my money back and INSISTS that I proceed with the treatment with the very same doctor that caused the situation. The receptionist was rude. No ethical standards were observed from any part (staff, dr, administration).Now is easy to understand the low evaluation of this place in google.
