What more can I say then, working with Vladimir and his partner Ladislav, was noting short of a wonderful experience. Purchasing such an important ring, as an engagement ring, is nothing short of stressful, but he was always there to answer every detailed question I may have had, in the most professional and patient manner. Objednal som si u Arete diamonds výmenu zirkónu za diamant a musím povedať, že komunikácia a celkový proces prebehol profesionálne bez akéhokoľvek zaváhania. Pani Dominika mi odpovedala na všetky otázky a bola veľmi nápomocná aj napriek tomu, že sme komunikovali cez email. Platbu som posielal dopredu na účet. Na diamant som potom čakal asi 2 týždne a prsteň mi prišiel poštou krásne zabalený a vyzerá úžasne. Určite odporúčam všetkým navštíviť, alebo si vybrať šperky práve u nich.
