Terrible, absolutely. Helena, this absolutely ignorant lady who did my nails today took my hand (I bite my nails due to stress), showed it to her co worker and started laughing looking at me - absolutely degrading ! I hope she gets fired because I’ve heard multiple things about experiences regarding these situations.

Very poor service, it seems that several of the staff members are still in training. The person I was assigned was moody and incompetent, there were none of the nail varnish colours I selected, and the whole experience was unpleasant.

I just wanted to add a good review because I've read some of them before I went and was bit skeptical. I had new acrylics done with yellow tips, nails are very symmetrical and thin, with the yellow tips being very nicely done. Hilda was quick and made sure I got the best results which I appreciate. Recommended!

I gotta say I've been to a lot of places to get my nails done. But THIS GUY I found here is a GENIUS. I can't understand the bad reviews honestly - my nails have never been this gorg. I went to the boss of this place (I suppose, the one with glasses) He's truly a nail god. He's so quick and precise, he used my old messed up nails from another nailbar to build the new ones and the results are awesome. That way he didn't damage my own nails, he truly did a perfect job even if I asked for stiletto shape and matte finish (which shows EVERY imperfection trust me) and I'm truly amazed, I've had a visual orgasm seeing my hand coming out of the lamp and I left 20 CZK tips because I was THAT happy and though he deserved so much more money for what he has done. LOVE IT !!!!!!

I've had about 3 pleasant experiences in the multiple times I've been here. I find the staff mostly unprofessional in their customer service so much that they loudly complain in their language amongst each other when you ask for something to be done better.I had the recent experience where my nails did not look like the photo and 2 of them proceeded to act nonchalant but the receptionist who offered to redo it for me. It's quite frustrating paying for such service so I'll rather go elsewhere in future.

Very experienced. The best shape i have ever asked for, paying attention to customers' needs. The downside was the new brand (gel), resulting in not being able to keep hands in the lamp for longer than 2 secs (that's how much they were burning). So in and out several times. I don't find this healthy.

Bad service, the staff is not really friendly. They made fun of me and my friends in another language whenever we asked for anything regarding the nails, and it was very obvious that they were laughing at us. They didn’t stop till they heard my saying that I will write a review. The finish was not bad, but won’t go there again because of their attitude.

Nails were done well, no complains on this. But on the morning of my appointment card payment wasn’t working, note about it was only in czech and nobody told me about that when i was making an appointment for my manicure. I had to run around finding an ATM without crazy withdrawal commission (outside of the shopping mall).
