Camp Bítov

Great camp site with aqua park, good location for visiting surrounding area.

Not very satisfied with service and overall quality of food and drinks. Might be better during summer.

The campground is quite nice. The are careful to keep the toilets clean. They also keep an eye on silence during nights which is great. The dam tends to have serious problems with water quality and quantity (which is ultimately something the owners cannot influence yet it is important for tourists).

Nice camp with many activities including swimming pool.

If you want to experience a peaceful and calm vacation with family, it's definitely place for your choice. Due to it's isolated position on the bottom of the Dyje meander, it's suits people with calmer" preferences

Nice camp, very beutiful place to swim. Crowded on the week days. You can hire boats and sail across the river. Would recommend.

Great camp, everything you need, including a pool.

Very large campsite at the edge of Bitov Bay at popular Vranov dam.This area is one of few Czech national parks, so it's extremely beautiful and you'll probably have to stay at place like this. It's not bad, but heavily commercialised.Nature all around, cool summer vibes, tons of different facilities and sleeping options, but also old with communist-era stuff all over the campsite (which can be interesting to see and experience).Be prepared to pay with cash only and overpay for even the basic things - the campsite is quite far away from standard grocery stores or restaurants. You can enjoy various water sports, relax or hike to nearest castles (Bitov castle or Cornštejn castle).In summer, this location will be absolutely packed with people, so make reservations in advance. There are way less people in spring or autumn, but most of the shops will be closed.In any case, the Podyji National Park is breath-taking and definitely worth visiting, so if you must stay somewhere, Bitov campsite is just okay.
