This is a great pub in the heart of Jižní Město. The staff are friendly and they tend to work there for a long time, which is a mark of a good employer. It has all the hallmarks of a good Kozlovna.

Nice Czech food and beer. Definitely above the average places in Haje. No English menu but I guess not that many tourist in this area. :)

Pros: Great food, good beer, fast service, decent pricesCons: VERY loud, kitchen closes 2h before the closing time, people are smoking insideThere was two pescatarian/vegetarian options - tortellini were really tastyBeer is alright, they have few different brands and cocktails tooGreat place for meat lovers, burgers looked great tooWould recommend for an evening out with friends if you’re in the area

I must admit I did not expect such a fine place in such an area. Turns out it's very close to where we live and both me and my husband were very positively surprised :) with the nice staff, not rolling their eyes because we don't speak Czech, and with the interiors, atmosphere and great wine (Kubik highly recommended).

The food and beer looks great, but he price could be lower considering the placement of the restaurant. I had a very bad experience with a staff here. They were pretty rude to me. But I will give another try to this place.
