Wellness Hotel Step
Its at max a 3 star hotel with pool. Reception staffs are cold, unwelcoming... Basically just getting the job done. On the other hand cleaning staffs are very friendly and happy. Water world and sauna are really good. Food is ok. Restaurant is good. Location is not ideal. It will take around 40 mins to reach old town by public transport.

Absolute Diamond in the Ruff! THIS IS A 4.5/5 STAR PLACE!!!We are local Prague residents who had heard great things about this place and it's many activities and access to wellness facilities. While most of the staff were friendly two of the guys were quite condescending. We were 4 people in family room but only provided cups, glasses and beverages for 2. Pointed out this got more glasses. The next day the room was not cleaned to evening, so we asked for cups and teabags. Called again after 20 minutes. Were dropped off in plastic bag dourly at door in doggy bag style. Have had better service at roadside tea stalls or dhabbas in India/Pakistan. See photos of cups in bag. This just isn't done in a 4 star establishment.

It was too busy and crowdy for us, the room was noisy, we heared all the time our neighbours walking and hopping around and talking. The breakfast was not as great as we expected and as we read in Google reviews. The area in which the hotel is placed is not so great. Our kids loved the pool but as parents there were not enough places to sit or relax. The pool area could be cleaned more often. The hotel and our room was very tidy and the room mates did a great job. The reception was helpful in most of the times but not as friendly as you would expect from such important task in a hotel, they had never a smile, looked always busy. Hmm, it was ok, so 3 stars, but we wouldn't choose this hotel another time. Maybe it is ok for families who like that kind of hotel but it was not perfect for us, too main stream"."

A lovely hotel in a good part of town.So many facilities here you'd be hard pressed to use them all.Staff were very friendly and obliging, restaurant served very good evening food and the breakfast was out of this world, couldn't fault it at all.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful cityMy wife and I loved the Step hotel and services, e.g. fitness, sauna, massage, bar.The staff were attentive, spoke excellent English and the service at all touch points was exemplary. Martina was amazing and always positive and cheerfully. She really made the stay enjoyable.Check-in was smooth and efficient and our room was spacious, clean and well furnished with everything you would need and expect. Breakfast was included in our stay and was buffet style with a good mix of items to suit all tastes. Prague is a small city where everything is within walking distance. Thanks a lot Joe

Good room. Good swimming pool, but if it's included in the price. Otherwise it's too expensive.A lot of people in saunas and the salted one is almost always busy.Minus in a room is a small bathtube, definitely not for an adult. It's just short and it's strange, because there is a place there for a bigger one.Small room, but clean and comfortable.Breakfast is quite good.

I visited sauna only. It’s a nice clean space. They have a nice variety of sauna rooms. They also perform quite a lot of ceremonials during they day which I highly recommend. They also have a bar which is a nice resting place but not very spacious. They offer a good amount of drinks for a fair price.

Lovely hotel, convenient location with quick commute to the city centre. Great for families as well as business travel. There was a small problem with my room (missing one extra towel), but I approached the receptionist and they resolved it immediately. Would recommend to anyone.

Would not recommend at all. Located at a very awkward place at the outskirts of the city, you can only effectively get around if you come here by car. If you got here by train, good luck handling the multiple connections leading to the hotel, all the stops being situated at least half a kilometer from it.The breakfast buffet was acceptable. It was a variety of items, but was kept the exact same over our entire stay. The quality of the food was quite good though.The service was quite bad. One would expect a 4- star hotel to replace the instant coffee in rooms daily, but they insisted it was only done once in every three days, and even took us asking three separate times after the third day to get a refill. Our sheets were not changed in all the four days we stayed there, and we had to again ask twice in order to refill the soap in our bathrooms.When we asked to have milk delivered to our room via room service, they denied our request, as they had put us in Block B" (which was primarily a parking building with one floor of family rooms) while the kitchen was in Block "A"
