I am from the US and was only in Prague for a couple days. My computer screen broke and I had some important files that were due the next day. The people in the store were so helpful and they were able to extract my files from my hard drive . Very helpful and very kind!

I had the best experience at this store and would highly recommend it. I spilled water all over my Mac laptop and rushed it into the store. They were able to see me right away and immediately opened my laptop to figure out what the issue was. I was leaving on a trip less than 48 hours later and they were able to get my laptop completely fixed - cleaned, new battery, new logic board - before I left. They called to provide updates and let me know what the repairs would cost before going ahead with them - so no hidden costs and lots of transparency. I was so happy with this service! I work online so my laptop is my life. The customer service here was awesome and their work was incredible. My laptop was working perfectly less than 48 hours later. Bonus: some employees speak English too which made the process even easier for me!

Spilled some tea on my MacBook Air and brought it in here for diagnosis and got it back in one day.They’re friendly and efficient. Thankfully my laptop didn’t need a new keyboard so they only charged me for the diagnosis fee. Super grateful for their quick turnaround and kind service.
