Great hotel. I really appreciate the staff and how the hotel is run.it is always clean, they accept American and euro cards. Never any issues negotiating a stay, by email, chat or online.i always look forward to my stays at hotel Jacob. Happy to return.

Good price quality, very good cleanliness, plenty of showers and toilets. It is at a busy road; the windows are well isolated but it did get a bit warm in the night. But if that's the price for such a location its definitely worth it.

Had a great stay over a long weekend where we had twin room in a larger flat rental with another room of guest the shared facilities were great with very clean bathroom and kitchen dining area! Great location and within a short walk to all the places you want to visit. The hotel is opposite a small church which you can get great shots of!

Big rooms, well equipped kitchen, shared bathrooms everything super clean. Great central location to explore Brno. Only downside: it’s loud in the night when people party outside on the square.

Good place for standing for looking Brno. Near to hotel the best beer bar by TripAdvisor reviews. Also few restaurants.Staff very pleasant, clean and beautiful.

Second time I have stayed here and highly recommend. Rooms are large, beds comfortable, fully equipped bath, kitchen. Normally in Europe, you get just one towel but here they give you the proper set up with bath, hand, and wash clothes, and a bath mat. So nice! Washer dryer is great to have. Kitchen has dish towel, some spices, coffee maker, with fresh coffee beans inside, ready to go. Also, you have a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove. This apartment had a balcony that overlooks the street. Nice! The only negative is that if you open the windows, you do hear people talking on the street. The noise doesn’t bother me however. With the windows closed it is pretty quiet.This is easy for Americans to enjoy so do not hesitate to book.

Amazing apartment (we stayed on top floor, apt 7), great location right in the city centre. It was exactly what we needed. We stayed with an 8 month old baby and we were provided with everything we needed for him - cot, bath, highchair. There was also enough space to separate his sleeping space from ours, which was godsend. I was happy to let him crawl around, as the place was super clean, too. Can (and will) recommend to anyone visiting Brno.

The best is definitely the location directly in the centre. The whole place is quite nice just no privacy or quitness. You hear everything from your neighbours...:(
