Rossopomodoro Palladium

Absolutely blown away! I thought I’d grab a quick lunch at (bleh) Palladium, then I saw the pies coming out of this place. The owner was there, talkative and friendly, explaining what kind of flour and ingredients they use. I never thought I’d say this about a place in a food court, but I’ll be back with a vengeance. Grazie mille!

Great pizza and pasta, nice selection of wines, coffee like they do in Italy. I'm an Italian expat and finding such authentic Italian restaurant in Prague is really rare

I had a calzone last night. It was great. I was positively surprised by the quality of the pizza. I highly recommend it.

The Neapolitan style pizza was delicious and met our expectations. Despite the busy shopping mall location, we were able to enjoy a nice family time.

The place just opened up a few days ago so there is grace but they really need to work on some stuff. When you start like this I hope it gets only better.I did order spaghetti carbonara but once I got my food it was almost completely cold and also the pasta was not Al dente. I came up and told them that I was not happy with my pasta, they immediately brought me a new one. The waitress said to me, that they always put their pasta in for about 8 min but this time they did it work 9/10 min . I appreciate it but again it was not good as you can see in the picture…the whole egg yolk was still in and my pasta was swimming in it. This time I didn’t said anything and just ate some of it, since we already needed to leave soon and I was just expecting that the chef himself should have known that the dish was not done . As we ordered the drinks I hade the lemonade with orange lime and mint , but first she said they are out of mint and then when she brought the lemonade there was 1/8 peace of a lime in it by itself…it just look sad how they prepared it. Afterwards I ask her if she can change 500 crown and she said no because they only have one wallet?! But how does she gives change back to the Costumer? I’m confused ? So on top of that in the end ask I ask for the check she told us only cash! At this point I really was done with the place. What kind of “service” is that? She knew we are not from Prague so she could tell es before just as an info that they don’t take card. All in all…I gave them 2 stars because I’m hoping they will do better SOON.

Horrible customer service. We are a couple who wanted to check out the restaurant for the first time and we drove a long way to get here. The restaurant was almost fully empty with many seats and tables available. We sat down on a table of 4 (2 of us) when the waiter came and asked us to move tables to the next one. I didn’t like it since it was too small and we were going to order a lot. I asked to move tables again and sit in the outer area, again, on a bigger table. The same waiter came again and told us it is NOT ALLOWED. The restaurant was literally 90% EMPTY, I can’t believe they still wanted bigger tables which had no reservations empty. I asked for their manager, when a lady waiter asked us what’s wrong and we described our problem. I asked her if there is a rule for this and she said no. I don’t see where is the issue here. Very inconvenient we had to leave, sadly.

We were sitting there for quite long waiting for someone to come by and bring the menu, but we were ignored by waiters that were looking but doing nothing. It was not busy at all, many table were free. We left in the end. I can't say anything about the food, didn't have a chance to taste.

I sat for 20-25 min for just the order to be takenExtra 30+ min to give the food..despite not many customers.The food is super expensive (especially the sides) i ordered 1 side which has a SLICE of Tomato,2 thin slices of eggplant costing 125 czk. ( For the quantity given the price is more expensive than a 5* restaurant).Only +be thing - the pizza tasted good like a few wood fire oven pizza restaurants...

Nice restaurant, decent Italian food - pizza is quite nice, but there are better places in Prague to go. Servis is very good, restaurant had a nice vibe, unless you sit out in the shopping center. For my opinion it's not worth the price tag. But the food is decent.
